France proposes the creation of a UN support group for the UN superteam comprised of trained soldiers and civilians. Their mission would be to aid in the transportation of heroes to emergency locations and the cleanup of devastation after any super-powered conflicts. France’s proposed name for the group is Super Terrorist Activities Respons and Logistics Aid Bureaux (STARLAB).

GM note: group name should probably change to stray a bit further from DC’s Star Labs.
